Luis C. grew up in McAllen, Texas and has lived in many areas of South Texas and New Mexico. Luis served in The U.S. Army Reserves for 8 years starting in November 2017. He attended McAllen High School and graduated from IDEA Quest College Preparatory. Luis also attended Texas A&M University, University of Rio Grande Valley, and University of New Mexico before enlisting full time in the Reserves. Boulder Designs by Valorstone Creations, LLC, launched in March of 2025 and offers business rocks and custom landscape boulders that are a cut above all others, fashioned from natural materials that have the strength and durability of stone.
